Sunday: July 23: Quickie

Fast Feldenkrais
since I don't have a bunch of time
this morning.

Sit.
Breathe.

Move your head easily right and left.

Move your knees easily right and left.

Move your eyes easily right and left.

Move your knees right and head to the left,
and head to the right and knees to the left.

If you want to get fancy,
move your eyes the same way as you
move your knees,
which will be opposite the way
your head is moving.

Breathe.

Just move your head right and left.
