Life is Now
And nothing else.
When I remember this:
ease.
When I forget:
trouble,
worry,
concern,
effort,
unhappiness.
So why do I forget?
Because it's a habit.
How can I,
how can we,
remember more?
Follow the breathing.

when we have an unhappy thought.
Or, when
we have almost any thought.
Life as experience:
sweet.
Life as thoughts about
experience:
sometimes good,
often iffy.
Life
as living up to
other people's thoughts
and expectations:
hell.
