concerns

the accessing of our learning
and discovery
and joy
and playfulness
can get us back to
the God in us
who creates a world
of delight
when we let ourselves
be that way

what way?
go do a little slow yoga
and every pose
switch something
just a little
or a lot
and discover
who and what
the awareness
and balance and
inner unifcation
in you
is while
you do that
