Don’t wanna write today.
So what?
What else can I do with my attention?
Follow the breathing
And let the fingers of one hand
Open and close in time to the breathing
And sense the arms, legs, spine
And follow breathing
And let the fingers open and close
Now life is interesting
And the don’t wanna
Doesn’t’ matta
