Today was one of those beautiful days
on planet Earth:

sunrise
warmish weather
trees beginning to blossom

the spring thing
yes

but also,
inside the Chris Elms
game
realizing that I can either be hard on
myself
when things aren't "just so" with the masses
running to do the Neurological Upgrading work,

or I can accept
and love the present
for what it happens
to be bringing

such sweetness
when I go there

coming along
to open the nest of fall

around here
things get confused
with the fall rains
brining the grass
and then warm days
and it's
like
upside down spring

and all the ads
says
halloween
halloween
and my Self
says:
go outside
and soak
it in

while it
lasts

and what
once again
is
"it?"

something to do
with love
i do reckon
and something
to do
with
awareness

the good old seven:

wake up to now
love being alive
love self
love others
be of use
be happy
heal the earth

spring
fall
whatever you
call "it"

life is good

and is that true?

who knows?

and still:
what fresh air
what beautiful sky

and maybe,
going with the fall theme,
we'll go rescue some walnuts
from the ground
