75: what is reality? who am I? the hard ones.....

Who am I? What is reality?

These questions could be all the philosophy you ever need, and guess what?

You don’t have to know the answer.

You don’t even have to ask, you can go through life just roaring along, crashing here, doing great there, falling in love here, falling in hate there, feeling young and happy and strong here, and less so over here and then you die.

Good.

And this book, my goodness, if you have followed it so far, you are someone who is game to play the game of life to a richer dimension. And that dimension is called Waking Up.

And our breathing is always here.

And gravity, can we sense our five lines in the gravity of the situation, or our situation right now.

And with the breathing in awareness and the spine and legs and arms in awareness, we could today ask a bunch of times: Who am I?

What is reality?

Just to ask, and see if we can sense and experience our answer without any words.

That might be a delightful way to live today.

Let’s try it and see.

time and the meaning of life

me and tire

do you have time to breathe
good
we all do

do you have time
to be
happy?

good,
we all do

do you have time
to love
yourself
and others
and the Earth

good

we all do

cute talk on time management today

she was fun
and made money helping people
be better robots
and was a sweetie

and here's a few things she didn't know:

people need to waste time
and
just BE

time is for beginners
breath is for finishers

time isn't real
when we are now

she does know:
time counts when you
agree to meet someone
at a certain time

and on the way
to the appointment:
are we here
or worrying
about living up to our clocks

this is
slowsonoma
dot
com

slowing down
we can
be aware
of the great
miracle

we are alive

ah,
sweet

and to add
some spice
of learning

and some water
of loving

and ah,
a good life

heal the Earth,
ah,
all the better
