STANDING AND BREATHING
If you feel tired
stand and breathe
if you are discouraged
stand up
and
breathe
shift from foot to foot
feel the weight of you
all the way down into left foot
or right
it’s all right, when you are upright
sensing one foot
go for learning
go for variety
inside of foot, put the weight there
outside, front, back
feel all the toes, one at a time
have a good time
getting interested
in you
and gravity
and breath
side to side, back and forth
circles
stand and follow
the breathing
breathe
and follow
the standing
a mind interested in the real
world
is a mind on the way
to happiness
